You will be responsible for the efficient running of the hotel business in line with International Luxury Hotel International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

Representing as role of the primary strategic business leader of the property with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, iincluding guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment to both Luxuray International and property ownership. Verifies implementation of service strategy and initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations, increased profit and market share. Holds property leadership team accountable for strategy execution, and guides their individual professional development. The position verifies that sales engines are leveraged and initiates independent and proactive sales activities, when appropriate, to generate demand. Verifies that the objectives and goals of the brand and property owners work together to achieve brand positioning and success. Builds owner loyalty through proactive communication, setting and managing expectations and delivering solid business results. The position is actively involved in the local community and builds strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers.

with a university degree or n Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant required
Minimum 6 years work experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotel operations.
Fluent English is required.

Good problem solcing in terms of business strategy development; business strategy execution; sales and marketing; talent management and organizational capability; business acumen, employee and labor relations; revenue management; company/Brand Policy, procedures, and standards compliance.
